Community Ownership Charter
Purpose
To ensure Solum Legacy remains a civic artifact, owned in part by the community it serves. Dunlap holds a financial and symbolic stake, embedding pride, jobs, and continuity into the platform.
Ownership
- Community Reserve: 10% equity allocated to Dunlap.
- Revenue Share: 10% of all revenues flow back into community initiatives, jobs, and stewardship.
- Custodian: Equity held in trust or foundation, managed by appointed curators and civic leaders.
Governance
- Community stake is non‑dilutable without majority founder approval.
- Funds directed toward local initiatives: tech training, curator mentorship, civic projects.
- Curators and civic leaders act as stewards, not controllers — product governance remains with Founders.
Symbolic Identity
- Shield emblem represents trust and civic pride.
- Community stake is both financial and narrative: Dunlap’s stories live forever through Solum Legacy.
