  • Role-based access (Subscriber, Executor, Admin)
  • Secure storage and governance features

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

  • Subscribers: May create journals, vault entries, and access synthesis features.
  • Executors: May manage legacy content on behalf of subscribers.
  • Admins: Oversee governance, compliance, and platform stewardship.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect the dignity and privacy of all participants.

4. Account Management

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Solum Legacy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Misuse AI synthesis tools for harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication or security measures.
  • Upload or distribute malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Atlas Builder platform, including its design, AI companions, and governance framework, is owned by Solum Legacy.
  • You retain ownership of your journal entries, vault content, and personal data.
  • By submitting content, you grant Solum Legacy a limited license to store and process it for platform functionality.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of Atlas Builder is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and compliance standards.


8. Service Availability

We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring tools (e.g., Pingdom, Sentry) are used to track availability.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.


10. Governing Law
